Welcome to SheerApps. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using this app, you confirm that:

• You agree to use the app responsibly
• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the app for any illegal purposes

2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person (no duplicate accounts)
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use automated tools or bots
• Attempt to manipulate systems (lucky draws, referrals, etc.)
• Are inactive for extended periods

3. VIP Membership & Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three VIP membership subscription tiers:

• 1 Month VIP: RM 10.00 (auto-renews monthly)
• 6 Months VIP: RM 55.00 (auto-renews every 6 months, Save 10%)
• 12 Months VIP: RM 100.00 (auto-renews yearly, Save 17%)

3.2 VIP Benefits

VIP members receive:

• ✅ Complete removal of all advertisements
• ✅ Access to VIP community group lucky draw events
• ✅ Access to VIP festival lucky draw events
• ✅ Free daily draws without watching ads
• ✅ One free VIP draw per week
• ✅ Priority customer support

3.3 Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
• Android: Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
• iOS: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal cost will be the same as the original subscription price

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

Android - To manage or cancel your subscription:

1. Open Google Play Store app
2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
3. Select "SheerApps 4D"
4. Tap "Cancel subscription" or "Manage"
5. Follow on-screen instructions

iOS - To manage or cancel your subscription:

1. Open Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "SheerApps 4D"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to cancel, or modify your plan

Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain VIP access until then.

3.5 Refund Policy

Android - Google Play Store:

• Refund Window: Request refunds within 48 hours of purchase
• How to Request: Play Store → Account → Purchase history → Select this app → Request refund
• Eligibility: Subject to Google Play refund policy

iOS - Apple App Store:

• Refund Window: Request refunds within 90 days of purchase
• How to Request: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select this purchase, and request a refund
• Eligibility: Subject to Apple's refund policy. Apple will review your request and determine eligibility

All Platforms:

• After Refund: VIP access is immediately revoked upon refund approval
• No Partial Refunds: No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Note: We (SheerApps) do not control the refund approval process. All refund decisions are made by Google or Apple

3.6 Subscription Changes

• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
• We may add, modify, or remove VIP benefits with notice

4. Virtual Currency & Point System

4.1 Nature of Points

IMPORTANT: Points are virtual currency within the app.

• ❌ Points have NO real-world monetary value
• ❌ Points CANNOT be exchanged for cash
• ❌ Points CANNOT be transferred to other users
• ❌ Points CANNOT be sold or traded outside the app
• ✅ Points can ONLY be used for in-app redemptions

4.2 Earning Points

You can earn points through:

• SheerApps Bonus prizes
• Referral rewards (100 points per successful referral)
• Welcome bonuses (new users)
• VIP subscription bonuses (100-1200 points)
• Special events and promotions

4.3 Spending Points

Points can be redeemed for:

• Game credits (PUBG Mobile UC, Mobile Legends Diamonds) - Digital gaming currency only
• VIP membership upgrades - In-app premium features
• Other digital services as offered - All items are digital/in-app only

4.4 Point Redemption Rules

• All redemptions are promotional rewards only, subject to availability and manual admin approval
• No guaranteed monetary value or delivery timeframe
• Daily limits: Maximum 2 redemptions per user per day
• Monthly limits: Maximum 5 redemptions per user per month
• Account verification: Minimum 7-day account age required for all redemptions
• Digital only: All redemptions are for digital/in-app products with no real-world monetary value
• Reference pricing: Any RM values shown are for reference only and do not represent actual monetary transactions or guaranteed values
• Failure limits: More than 5 failed attempts in 7 days results in temporary suspension
• Minimum redemption amounts apply per product
• Processing time: 1-7 business days (approval dependent)
• Delivery via email or in-app notification
• We reserve the right to reject any redemption without explanation
• Anti-fraud measures: Identity verification may be required
• No refunds once points are spent

4.5 Point Expiration & Forfeiture

• Points in active accounts do not expire
• Points are forfeited if account is deleted
• Points may be removed if earned through fraud or violation
• We reserve the right to adjust point balances for errors or abuse

5. SheerApps Bonus System

5.1 Nature of SheerApps Bonus

⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

• SheerApps Bonus draws are entertainment features ONLY
• This is for entertainment and viewing 4D results only - no real money transactions
• All prizes are virtual points with no cash value
• Results are random and server-verified
• No one, including developers, can manipulate results

5.2 Draw Types

Daily Draw:

• Free users: 3 chances per day (watch ads to draw)
• VIP users: 3 chances per day (no ads required)
• 5-minute cooldown between draws
• Welcome bonus: +1 draw for new users

Friendship Draw:

• Earned by claiming referral rewards (+1 per referral)
• Earned from welcome rewards (+1 for new users)
• No time limit or expiration
• All users (VIP and non-VIP) have equal access

VIP Draw:

• Exclusive to VIP members only
• One draw per week (resets every Monday)
• Higher value prizes in VIP pool

5.3 Draw Eligibility

To participate in SheerApps Bonus draws, you must:

• Have an active account
• Have available draw chances
• Not be in cooldown period
• Not be suspended for violations
• Use the app normally (no automated tools)

5.4 Prizes & Probabilities

• All probabilities are clearly disclosed in the app
• Prize pools may be adjusted with notice
• Typical prizes: 50-10,000 points (virtual currency)
• Special prizes: VIP membership, ad removal, lucky numbers
• No cash prizes - all rewards are virtual or digital services

5.5 Anti-Cheat Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

• ❌ Using multiple accounts to gain extra chances
• ❌ Using bots or automated tools
• ❌ Manipulating timestamps or device IDs
• ❌ Exploiting bugs or glitches
• ❌ Coordinating with others to manipulate results

Consequences: Immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points

5.6 Prize Distribution

• Points are awarded instantly upon winning
• All prizes are verified and logged
• We reserve the right to void fraudulent wins
• No substitutions or cash alternatives

6. Referral Program

6.1 How Referrals Work

• Each user gets a unique referral code
• Share your code with friends
• When they register using your code, both earn rewards
• Referrer rewards: 100 points + 1 friendship draw (must claim)
• Referree rewards: 100 points + 1 friendship draw (welcome bonus)

6.2 Referral Rules

Allowed:

• ✅ Sharing your code with real friends and family
• ✅ Posting on social media (genuine promotion)
• ✅ Word-of-mouth recommendations

Prohibited:

• ❌ Creating fake accounts to refer yourself
• ❌ Using bots or automated systems
• ❌ Buying/selling referral codes

• ❌ Misleading users about app features

6.3 Enforcement

• Suspicious referral patterns will be investigated
• Fraudulent referrals will be reversed (points removed)
• Violators will have accounts permanently suspended
• Rewards from fake accounts will not be honored

7. Point Store & Redemptions

7.1 Redemption Process

• Browse available products in Point Store
• Select product and enter delivery details
• Points are deducted upon submission
• Redemptions are reviewed by admin (1-7 days)
• Delivery via email or in-app notification

7.2 Redemption Terms

• All redemptions are digital services only (no physical goods)
• Products include: E-wallet reloads, game credits, VIP upgrades
• Minimum points required per product
• Subject to availability (products may be out of stock)
• No refunds once redemption is processed
• No cancellations after admin approval

7.3 Redemption Rejection

We may reject redemptions if:

• Delivery information is incomplete or invalid
• Points were earned through fraud or violations
• Product is no longer available
• Account is under investigation for suspicious activity

Rejected redemptions: Points are refunded to your account

8. VIP Membership Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription Terms

• Android: All subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play account
• iOS: All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions are non-transferable (tied to your account)
• VIP status applies across all your devices using the same account

8.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
• Renewal charges the same price as original subscription
• You will be notified before each renewal

8.3 Cancellation

Android:

• Cancel anytime through Google Play Store (Menu → Subscriptions)
• No cancellation fees
• You retain VIP access until the end of your paid period

iOS:

• Cancel anytime through Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
• No cancellation fees
• You retain VIP access until the end of your paid period

All Platforms:

• No partial refunds for unused time after cancellation

8.4 Refunds

Android - Google Play Store:

• Eligible: Within 48 hours of purchase
• Process: Play Store → Account → Purchase history → Request refund
• Approval: Subject to Google Play refund policy

iOS - Apple App Store:

• Eligible: Within 90 days of purchase
• Process: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund
• Approval: Subject to Apple's refund policy

All Platforms:

• Effect: VIP access immediately revoked upon refund approval
• Points: Any VIP subscription bonus points will be deducted

8.5 VIP Status Changes

• VIP benefits may be added, modified, or removed with 30 days notice
• We will not remove core benefits (ad removal, exclusive draws)
• New benefits may be added at any time

9. SheerApps Bonus Rules

9.1 Entertainment & Information Only

• No real money transactions or cash prizes
• All prizes are virtual points (no cash value)

9.2 Eligibility Requirements

• Must have active account with responsible usage
• Must have available draw chances
• Must comply with cooldown periods
• Account must not be suspended

9.3 Draw Chances

How to Get Draw Chances:

• Daily Draws: 3 free chances per day (watch ads for non-VIP)
• Friendship Draws: Claim referral rewards (+1 per referral)

9.4 Probabilities & Fairness

• All prize probabilities are clearly disclosed in the app
• Results are generated by server-side random algorithms
• No one can predict or manipulate results
• All draws are logged and auditable
• Anti-cheat systems actively monitor for abuse

9.5 Prize Claim

• Points are automatically added to your balance upon winning
• Transaction history available in Point Transactions screen
• Prizes cannot be refused or exchanged
• Fraudulent wins will be reversed

10. Referral Program Terms

10.1 Participation

• All users automatically receive a unique referral code
• Share your code to invite new users
• Both referrer and referee earn rewards upon successful registration
• Rewards must be manually claimed by clicking "Claim" buttons

10.2 Reward Structure

When someone uses your code:

• Referrer (you): 100 points + 1 friendship draw chance (must claim)

10.3 Prohibited Activities

The following are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:

12. Prohibited Activities

12.1 You May NOT:

• ❌ Use the app for any illegal purpose
• ❌ Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• ❌ Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• ❌ Create multiple accounts to abuse features
• ❌ Manipulate timestamps, device IDs, or GPS location
• ❌ Share accounts or sell accounts
• ❌ Impersonate other users or create fake identities
• ❌ Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• ❌ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ❌ Redistribute or resell app content

12.2 Consequences

Violations may result in:

• 🚫 Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
• 🔒 Permanent account ban
• 💰 Forfeiture of all points and benefits
• ⚖️ Legal action for severe violations

13. Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Trademarks and logos are protected

13.2 Third-Party Content

14. Limitation of Liability

15.3 Standard Apple EULA

These Terms of Service supplement (but do not replace) the Standard Apple EULA. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Standard Apple EULA, the Standard Apple EULA shall prevail.
